We are proud to work alongside Linnaeus Group, supporting their property team on all things landlord and tenant and advising and representing the business on their lease renewals and rent reviews across the South and Midlands.

Gelar Property acts for Pure Electric on all property matters across the UK and Europe, from store acquisitions and disposals right through to general estate management in an "In-House" property capacity.

Scoffs Group is the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchisee partner, operating over 110 stores to the South and East of the country, as well as recently undertaking the acquisition of a franchise partner in the Channel Islands. Since launching their first site in 2012, they’ve achieved sustained growth through strong leadership, efficient operations, and a commitment to quality across every location.
 

We collaborate with RAB Property on a retained basis to deliver the asset management of the Scoffs Group property portfolio.  The role encompasses delivering on all lease renewals/ regears and rent reviews across the portfolio as well as supporting and advising on all property strategy matters. Gelar are also responsible for the businesses’ entire estate management. Our relationship with Scoffs Group reflects our shared focus on long-term value, consistency, and high standards across all project. 

Gelar Property has worked with Helping Hands for a number of years and more recently has been appointed to manage their entire property portfolio on a retained basis. The business has also been appointed to lead and form their property strategy going forwards.  
 

Helping Hands Midshires provides professional home care services, offering both live-in and visiting support for a wide range of needs, including companionship, personal care, and assistance with medical conditions. They aim to help people maintain independence in their own homes by tailoring care plans to individual requirements and providing trained, vetted carers. 

The domiciliary care provider is proud to be operating from over 250 branches across the UK.

Connells - One of our valued clients, Connells/ Countrywide, is one of the UK’s most established and successful estate agency networks. We’ve been proudly working with Connells since 2024, supporting their commitment to delivering professional, trusted property advice and support across the country.
 

Connells Group has over 1,200 branches combined from its acquisition of Countrywide and its own network. Before the 2021 acquisition, Connells had 581 branches and Countrywide had 651 branches, but the two companies have since combined their operations to create a single, larger network across the UK.  Brands include Taylors, Bairstow Eves, Sequence, Hamptons to name but a few. 

In partnership with RAB Property, we provided support to Well Pharmacy during a maternity cover within their property management team. With more than 750 pharmacy locations across the UK, Well Pharmacy relied on Gelar to help bridge the gap and ensure continuity within their property function.
 

Gelar assisted with everything property management, from flood-related incidents in branches to managing neighbourly disputes throughout the South.

This cover allowed Gelar to become an intrinsic and fully integrated member of the in-house property team.

We were approached to work with The Salvation Army earlier this year, providing additional support to their in house property team. 
 

As one of the UK’s most respected charitable organisations, The Salvation Army operates community centres, housing projects, and places of worship nationwide.
