Gelar is owned and managed by Lucy King, who has over 20 years of experience within the commercial property sector across development, acquisitions and disposals, with a close focus on asset management and portfolio strategy in the retail/multi site operator sector.

Lucy is a proud advocate of the RICS and sits on the RICS Wales Advisory Board.  The Board has a focus on position Wales firmly on the map in the property world and is championing bringing more young surveyors into the discipline as well as a very close focus on ensuring mental health and well being are being considered in the workplace.

Sophie Winter 

Since joining the business Sophie has taken control and led on a number of projects including the broken up sale of a family office portfolio that included both residential and commercial assets.

Sophie supports on the day to day running of the business.
